We have a confession to make. That feature image we're using? The one you probably saw before reading this intro? It's a lie. We snapped a couple of photos of places that look like you'd find shops, smashed them together, and called it a day. But that's just not how things work in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion.

Instead, shops are unlocked through the game and then interacted with via the menu screen. You're ordering through the web, in essence, and somehow that includes instantaneous delivery. Hey, we're not complaining. But it does mean you'll have to find the vast majority of Crisis Core's shops on your own before you can browse, so here's how to do just that.

Shinra Building Shop

The Shinra Building Shop is automatically unlocked from the beginning of the game. Needless to say, we don't need to aid you in this endeavor. Here's what's for sale.

Research Department QMC

Another automatic unlock, albeit not until about midway through Chapter Four, immediately following the boss battle with G Eraser. Cissnei gives you access.

Research Department QMC+

You can't unlock Research Department QMC's premium-edition outlet until locating its treasure chest in Gongaga Village during Chapter Nine. This is missable!

Sector Five Materia Shop

This one's yours upon completion of Mission 6-2-3 'Mako Excavation'.

Sector Six Accessory Shop

You won't have to wait long after getting Sector Five's Materia Shop before you can also receive Sector Six's Accessory shop, as all it takes is Mission 6-2-6 'The Underground City'.

Sector Seven Shop

Search the stage for a treasure chest that (somehow) contains this shop in Mission 4-4-3 'Infiltration'.

Sector Eight Materia Shop

Mission 6-2-1 'Slum Development Plan' lets Zack peruse the Sector Eight Materia Shop.

Mythril Mine Trading

Mission 2-4-5 'Cave-In Investigation' features a treasure chest with this shop's address. If, by chance, you don't find it, simply re-enter the stage until it spawns.

Gongaga Trading

You'll have Gongaga Trading before Mythril Mine Trading, actually, as it's a completion reward for Mission 2-3-1 'Unidentified Monsters'.

Nibel Accessories

For Nibel Accessories, locate its requisite treasure chest in Mission 6-4-4 'Hiding in the Wasteland'.

The Happy Turtle

Stop us if you've heard this one yet, but unlocking The Happy Turtle means going on a mission. In this particular case, that means Mission 4-3-6, 'Stop the Assailants'.

Wutai Secret Shop

For being so much more secretive than the famous Happy Turtle bar, you'd think the Wutai Secret Shop would unlock after it. Instead, you'll be perusing these supposedly rarer wares after finishing Mission 4-2-6 'The Five Saints of Wutai'.

Junon Souvenirs

Mission 2-4-1 'A Solitary Island' may sound like a lonely place to be, but Junon Souvenirs is popular with tourists. Find its chest here.

Bone Village Commerce

Mission 7-5-3 'Girl on the Desert Island' may sound like a lonely place to be, but Bone Village Commerce is… economically sound? Anyway, treasure chest.

Network Shop Duo

The ninth category is where many of the toughest missions in the game are situated, so it's no great shock that a shop as solid as Network Shop Duo needs to be scooped up as treasure in Mission 9-3-3 'Genesis New Weapon'.

Network Shop Shade

The coolest shop around is the hardest one to browse. Unlocking Network Shop Shade takes things to the next level; Mission 9-5-4 'Abnormal Power' is where its treasure chest is found.
