Dirt 5 Uproar Content Pack Arrives March 30 With Showdown Cars, New Career Events, And More

Dirt 5 is getting a massive update on March 30, with both the free Update 4.00 and premium Uproar Content Pack launching on the same day. Combined, the two content drops include new vehicles, achievements, and career events, among others.

The latest Dirt 5 patch notes are packed full of high-octane announcements – although the Uproar Content Pack brings some of the coolest new content. Here’s what you can expect to find come March 30.

Dirt 5 Uproar Content Pack

“The Uproar Content Pack restores four of the most exciting and eye-catching machines from our previous extreme off-road title, DiRT Showdown,” reads the announcement. These cars include:

  • Duke Coupe
  • Zenden Cup
  • Jackson Adventurer
  • Jackson Eulogy

The four vehicles will be featured in “a new thread of 25 Career events, available in the Uproar option in Career.” These events take place at night or feature some sort of dynamic weather event and will bring a fresh set of challenges for you to tackle.

The Uproar Content Pack will be added to your copy of Dirt 5 automatically if you purchased the Amplified Edition or Year One Upgrade. Otherwise, you can pick up the DLC for $12.49

Dirt 5 Update 4.00 Content

If you decide not to pick up the Uproar Pack, there’s still a lot to look forward to this month. Here are the highlights:

  • After Dark Playgrounds: 20+ items added to the custom arena creator
  • Night-time options for Italy and Arizona
  • Addition of more classic official liveries for several off-road cars (including BWM M1 Procar and Subaru WRX STI RX Supercar)
  • Private Lobbies added to Online options
  • Profile Statistics page

Update 4.00 also includes a variety of bug fixes and performance adjustments – you can see a full list of the changes here. The update brings a lot of new content to the popular racer, and the laundry list of free content is a more than welcome addition.

Dirt 5’s Update 4.00 and Uproar Content Pack will be available on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, with Stadia following at a later date.
