FIFA 20 Winter Upgrades Time: Ratings Refresh confirmed FUT players release news

EA Sports FIFA fans, get ready, because the biggest update of the season is upon us. That's right, it's time for the FIFA 20 Winter Upgrades

What is it? simple really. Every February, EA Sports take a look at the ratings for players throughout the game and shake things up. So if one player has been performing out of his skin, he'll get an upgrade to his base stats.

That said, this update also improves certain existing in-form items too. So you won't have to worry about the standard card bettering your precious TOTW fut card, because they will also have their ratings automatically updated.

WHAT IS THE FIFA 20 WINTER UPGRADES RELEASE DATE?

Answer: EA Sports has confirmed that the FIFA 20 Winter Upgrades will release on Friday, February 14. This was confirmed by a tweet from EA Sports Twitter account with a message that read “Tomorrow #WinterRefresh”.

WHAT TIME ARE FIFA 20 WINTER UPGRADES RELEASED?

Answer: EA Sports have not typically confirmed what time new events begin, but this time around we do know that the Winter Upgrades will release. All new cards will be available from 18:00 GMT.

WHAT PLAYERS RECEIVE A FIFA 20 WINTER UPGRADE?

• Answer: Following the tweet, EA Sports went on to confirm the top 50 players from around the world who would be upgraded. In addition, over 100 players have received upgrades to Weak Foot or Skill Moves. Lastly, the Winter Refresh also means that new players will come into FIFA Ultimate Team, as well.
