As discovered by a fan on Reddit, he was showing off the art at a conference in Japan for digital sculpting tool ZBrush.
The best guess as to what the images are is unused concepts for various games, with the mermaid and Lovecraftian horror looking like something from Bloodborne and the dragon looking more like Dark Souls.
There’s a lot of unused content that’s been discovered in all of From’s games, that was only cut from the game at the last minute, so these are probably designs that only made it as far as the drawing board.
Or… they could be the first hint that Bloodborne 2 is really happening and/or development of a new Dark Souls is underway.
It’s a longshot but at the very least these are some great pieces of artwork.
