PlayStation users have been left frustrated after being unable to access online services on the PlayStation Network.
A post on the official Ask PlayStation account confirmed the network was down, writing: ‘We’re aware that some users are experiencing issues logging into PSN.
‘Thank you for your patience as we investigate.’
According to the PlayStation Network service status website, a number of services are affected including account management, gaming and social, PlayStation Now, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Vue, PlayStation Store, and PlayStation Music.
It’s unclear how widespread the issues are, but it’s believed Europe is the most affected, with the US also reporting problems.
